Young internet users rarely go to a classic website for information. They go to a wide range of digital platforms, forums and chat options for information and advice – creating a specific challenge when you’re trying to engage with them.

How we helped

Design with Intent

To make sure the RYP website would appeal to young people, we asked young people what would be appealing. Mobile-first, picture- and video-heavy content, and app-like functionality and behaviour were vitally important if we were to interest them, they said. The result is a site that feels like an app on mobile, and pushes content to the front to speed up access for busy young minds.
