Ness Homes are a Highland based property developer and builders of bespoke homes. They are a team of already established surveyors, project managers and builders.
Hi.create worked with Adder Business to design the branding, stationary & website for the company. It was essential that the brand for Ness Homes established a unique identity within the regional construction sector that was aligned with clients expectations of a certain quality of service and quality of finish.
How we helped
The project began with a reference (a previous brand asset used to-date) this defined a general colour scheme and style to be associated with the new brand assets.
Regional boundaries were defined and market research conducted to identify any client expectations from a brand of this nature.
Colour and font face were chosen following extensive consideration, including thoughts toward versatility, longevity and similar practical considerations.
THE WEBSITE DESIGN
USER EXPERIENCE RESEARCH
In preparing to build the associated website the team identified a number of key user profiles and focused on the user experience of these key audiences.
Having completed the core branding phase of the overall project the underlying brand foundations were deployed to the website through concepting, amendment and live refinement.
Through work-shopping; purpose, structure, layout, funtionality & style were all defined at the early in the planning stages to allow a fluid and prompt build having considered and prepared the website build in it’s entirety.
From project commencement to website launch the team have committed a substantial number of hours to refine the brand, meeting client and consumer expectations and properly deploying the branding aspects in a complimentary, contemporary manner. Fuelled by creating a great looking design, slick user-experiences and copious amounts of strong coffee the team had a blast working with Adder Business who presented the project to Ness Homes on completion.

Ness Homes has positioned itself as a premier home builder within the Highland region, the brand lends itself to being associated with a certain quality that is complimented through local awareness of the work achieved by the founding partners, the companies work to date and the manner in which they are presented – all of which has been the primary project goal identified early in the brief.
The branding has gone on to be deployed online, a variety of printed collateral and site signage.
